We accept Exchange / Returns within 3 days of delivery. (unworn and unwashed garments)
- Return Pickup will NOT be provided by Viyani, the customer has to send it to us through courier/speed post.
Exchange:
- After returning, the Customer can choose the new Size/Design subject to the availability of the product.
Refund:
- Refund will be processed within 1-3 business days once the return has been processed.
- Shipping charge will be deducted during refund, only the product cost will be refunded.
- Partial Return: In case of a partial return, any used promotional offer (Discounted/cashback or any other offer) will be voided.
Damages:
- It is essential that you get in touch with us the same day or the next day if you receive a damaged goods.
- A video recording of the unwrapping that shows the order's state upon delivery is also required.
